CAPTURE THE ENIGMA OF THE NIGHT SKY WITH A PRO

Carly will take you to locations not seen by the average tourist; the darkest spots on the island, the beaches the locals use and some beautiful quiet spots we only share with the select few on our workshops. Some of the highlights include an ancient volcano, the majestic milky way sweeping across the sky, centuries old windmills and meteor showers.

In the field Carly will work with you to get the images you envisage, giving practical and technical advice and helping you unlock your creative potential. What ever your skills level you will leave the Island with exceptional images, increased knowledge and the longing to return!

We recommend that workshop attendees have a good working knowledge of their camera, Carly will tailor technical and processing sessions to meet the needs of the group.

Each night of workshop is organised in two parts: in the first part we will review the images from the night before and your tutor we will guide you on how to get the most out of your images using RAW processing software. We will then discuss the theory for that nights shooting. After our “classroom” session we will break and share a meal together. After dinner the second part of the workshop starts, we head off to the location and we shoot! Your tutor will be with you through the evening to give advice around camera settings and unlocking your creative potential.

We will be back every night at the hotel around 01.00 a.m.
